Corporate event planning

Events that end in business, not in photos

More than 100 events delivered. A corporate event is not measured by how many people showed up. It is measured by how many useful conversations came out of it.

Scope

What it includes

01

Event design

We start from the outcome you want and the format follows, not the other way around. Breakfast, panel, private dinner or brand activation.

02

Qualified guest list

We bring the people who move your business, not the ones who fill the room. This is where the network pays for itself.

03

Production and logistics

Venue, setup, protocol, run of show and vendors. You focus on the conversations.

04

Follow-up

Who attended, who spoke with you and what happens next with each one. An event with no follow-up is an expense.

Who it is for

B2B companies that need a shorter path to a decision maker, and brands entering the Mexican market that want a room that already knows who they are.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

How far ahead should we plan an event?

A business breakfast comes together well in three weeks. An event with press and sponsors needs six to eight. Give us the date and we will tell you honestly what fits.

Do you handle venue and vendors?

Yes, full production. We work with Tijuana venues we already have a track record with, which removes most last-minute surprises.

Can you bring media to the event?

Yes, that is part of the work. Coverage is built into the event design, not requested the day before.

Want to talk it through?

Tell us what you want to position and we will tell you straight whether we can help and how.
